Movenpick Diyarbakir

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I thought that after 3 years the same standard and hygiene could no longer be offered, but this stay far exceeded my previous positive experiences there. I rented a room at short notice and was greeted with a charming smile and a warm welcome from Ms. Duygu and Ms. Fatma. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced such a professional demeanor as in this hotel from the entire staff. Even after 3 years, none of the furniture is worn or the standard of hygiene has fallen. The hotel tells you at check-in what activities can be enjoyed in the area and what level of comfort is preferred in order to assign the room according to the customer's own personal wishes. I can't mention how often I was asked about my well-being, how often I was offered a local tea or other refreshment as soon as I walked through the lobby. I am delighted with the language skills of the international team, who looked after guests in at least 7 languages in my presence alone. Even after 8 hours, Mrs. Duygu welcomed me to the hotel with the same warmth. I would like to thank the entire team for this unforgettable stay and will be back soon.

The staff especially Ramazan and the young boy who works in the spa were amazing. I liked the swimming pool and the gym is well equipped. The rooms are spacious and clean. The showers were great. The location is very close to the airport (5 min drive) and a 10 min walking distance to the largest mall in town.

Superb and healthy breakfast and it was close to a shopping center.
